1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using uLearnr.in, purchasing any course, or utilizing our automated LMS provisioning service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Course Purchases & LMS Access

Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, learners are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to access the enrolled course materials on our third-party LMS portal. Sharing account credentials or distributing course videos is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of LMS access without compensation.

3. No Refund Policy Acknowledgment

All sales on uLearnr.in are final. Because digital course materials and LMS credentials are instantly provisioned upon payment completion, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances. Please review course curriculum details carefully prior to purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, course videos, downloadable source code, curriculum structures, graphics, and logos on uLearnr.in are the exclusive property of uLearnr and its course authors. Unauthorized copying, downloading, or commercial resale is punishable under applicable Indian Intellectual Property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability & Support
